We had the opportunity to coordinate a large, well-known company’s 20th anniversary event. The only down-side being 95 degrees that day. Let’s just say the Sno-Cones were a huge hit and we went through many bags of ice and bottles of water. Overall, the event was a huge success. Families were able to enjoy the day with many activities including mini golf, bounce house, caricatures, wonderful food, great music, and much more. </description>

We coordinated all the details from start to finish for Aeroflex’s grand opening event. Knox Planning worked with various vendors to ensure the outdoor event went smoothly. Mother nature was a bit brutal on us with an exceptionally hot lunchtime event; however, the fans did help keep the guests a little bit more comfortable. Do you have an extremely tight budget? Don’t worry, you are not alone! Many people including businesses are planning parties, seminars, retreats, company picnics and many other events on a limited budget. It becomes more challenging planning events, weddings and parties on a tighter budget but it isn’t impossible. Do you remember those high school dances? They didn’t cost a whole lot of money, yet we all seemed to have a great time. Why is that? That’s easy: Define and set the tone or theme for your event. How do you want it to flow?
